The STI-NA Pool offers a pre-extracted, multi-pathogen mix of nucleic acids derived from clinically relevant STI pathogens. It includes DNA and RNA from wide range of intracellular bacteria, extracellular fastidious organisms, and protozoa typically detected in urogenital swabs. Designed to support amplification validation and QC for multiplex PCR and RT-PCR assays, these pools are particularly suitable for evaluating assay specificity and potential cross-amplification within syndromic STI panels.
