Molecular Microbiology Samples consists of fully inactivated, whole microbial cells suspended in a stabilized liquid matrix and standardized for molecular diagnostic applications. MMS products preserve the native cellular structure and intracellular content of microorganisms while eliminating infectivity, enabling safe, realistic testing across a wide range of molecular workflows.

Unlike purified nucleic acids or synthetic constructs, MMS™ closely replicates clinical and environmental samples, making it an ideal control for evaluating assay performance under real-world conditions—particularly where sample handling, volume accuracy, and matrix effects are critical.
